Met Eireann forecasting high pressure to bring better weather for Ireland next week
Met Eireann is forecasting that high pressure will bring better weather for Ireland later in April with above average temperatures and below average rainfall.
After a long winter of spring of what at times seemed like constant rain, and more on the way this week, Met Eireann's extended range forecast for the week from April 22 to April 28 will be a welcome relief.
According to Met Eireann, that week will see higher than average atmospheric pressure over Ireland. This will mean that there should be below average rainfall and above average temperatures.
According to Met Eireann, next week will see rainfall amounts that are below average. Low pressure to the north of Ireland and high pressure to south will mean that most rainfall will be further north. Mean temperatures will be around average for early to mid- April
For the remainder of this week, Met Eireann is forecasting some very mixed weather.
