Irish Rail customers who have booked journeys in advance for travel from tomorrow (Wednesday) to Friday can cancel bookings without charge or penalty.
The company says it is doing so as it understands customers may wish to change travel plans due to the weather forecast to arrive in the coming days. This includes Low Fare, Semi-Flex and Fully Flex tickets.
While we will be working to ensure our trains continue to operate during #BeastFromTheEast we will refund you if you’ve booked travel between Weds 28th Feb & Fri 2nd March & wish to cancel before time of travel.
