It was attended by more than 100 men from all across the county and beyond as they came together for a relaxing and uplifting morning focused on celebration, connection and wellbeing.

The event paid homage to the positive contributions men make within their families and communities whilst also creating an open, supportive space to talk about men's health.

Breakfast was provided by Café Inspire, the student-run restaurant at the Tullamore Community Training Centre before two guest speakers offered their insights as part of International Men's Day.

Dr. Domhnall McGlacken-Byrne who is a Specialist Registrar in Public Health Medicine spoke about men’s general health and offered practical advice on staying proactive in managing wellbeing.
