Gardaí and family 'concerned' for man (38) missing since last Friday as appeal launched

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 38-year-old man. 

Shane McEvoy - described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height, slim build, with light brown hair - was reported missing on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Shane was last seen in the Ravensdale area of Dundalk between 9pm and 9.30pm on March 13. 

Gardaí and his family are concerned for his well-being.

Anyone with information on Shane McEvoy’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dundalk Garda Station on 042 9388 400, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
