The Roscrea Trail Blazers at their Christmas party at Dan and Molly's Ballyboy
With Christmas almost upon us Roscrea Trail Blazers would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that joined them on any of their walks during 2024.
Without your involvement and support the club would simply not exist and they hope to see you back in 2025 for another packed year of walking and trips away.
With the evenings closing in, it's back to the head torch and hiking in the dark and a great way to keep fit over the winter months. The walk last Thursday was the Golden Grove/Orange Hill Loop - a fantastic night for walking and well done to everyone that made the effort.
The Thursday night walk this week December 19th is the Kinnitty Castle/Glinsk Castle Loop in the Slieve Blooms. Distance: 7km, Time: 1.5 hours, Grade: Easy/Moderate. Meeting at the Kinnitty Castle carpark at 7.30pm. Please bring head/hand torch and Hi Viz jacket.
