PADDY Duffy was presented with the St Brendan’s Medal by Bishop of Killaloe Fintan Monahan in St Brendan's Church, Birr, last week.
The presentation was to acknowledge Paddy's many years of service to St Brendan’s Parish, Birr.
The presentation was made during the Novena in St Brendan's Church last week where Mr Duffy was given a standing ovation by the full church.
