WEATHER WARNING: Snow and Ice Warning issued
Met Eireann has issued a Snow Ice Weather Warning for parts of Ireland
A Status Yellow Warning for Snow Ice has been issued by Met Eireann for Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal. Met Eireann says some icy stretches are expected on roads in these counties tonight.
The warning is valid from 3am tomorrow morning (Friday February 4) until 10am on Friday.
Motorists and householders are asked to take the necessary precautions in such situations.
