Gorta-Self Help Africa is inviting the public to The Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, on February 27 at 7.30pm to 9pm to hear about their stellar charity work in Africa.
Gorta-Self Help Africa also want to take this opportunity to thank their supporters in person by giving them the chance to meet and give a brief update on their life-changing work in Africa.
New members are always welcome, and they look forward to seeing you on the night.
Gorta is Ireland’s longest-running international development organisation. Gorta works with smallholder farmers, focusing on long term agricultural development projects. It operates in 10 countries across Africa and also supports key initiatives in a further two.
Ronan Scully, a member of Gorta has been heavily involved in the organisation for many years and has been to places like Ethiopia, helping the cause of the organisation.
