Offaly hurling legend shows off golf skills with incredible hole in one
Former Offaly hurler and senior hurling manager Joe Dooley showed off his skills in another sport last weekend as he bagged a stunning hole in one at Birr Golf Club.
Dooley, who won three All-Ireland medals in the Offaly jersey, was pictured on the second green at the golf course after achieving the feat for the first time.
Birr Golf Club posted the picture with the caption: "Congratulations to Joe Dooley from Tullamore Golf Club Ireland who had a hole in one on the 2nd in Birr during the Brewery Tap Golf Society outing. Well done Joe! Also pictured are Greg Dooley and P.J. McIntyre. Official Photographer: Ger Claffey."

Joe responded by saying: "My first ever hole in one at 2nd hole in Birr golf course today."
Other were quick to jump in the comments and congratulate him as it seems he's as handy with the golf clubs as he was with the hurl! 'That's Joe Dooley!!'
