Pedestrian airlifted to hospital after three vehicle accident in Tipperary
A pedestrian was airlifted to hospital on Friday after a three vehicle accident in Tipperary.
A female pedestrian (50s) was brought by air ambulance to University Hospital Galway to be treated for serious injuries. There were no other injuries reported.
Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have completed an examination of the scene. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
They are appealing to road users who were in the area between 7.45am and 8.15am and may have camera footage (including dash-cam) to make it available to the investigating Gardaí.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Nenagh Garda Station on (067) 50450, the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station. Investigations are ongoing.
