Prospects – Kilcormac-Killoughey are past masters of winning lower grade football championships with a minimal of effort. As a result, you just don't know what you will get with them and they could mount a charge. At the same time, championships at all grades are no longer won softly and they would have to put in some work to win this. Hurling will be their priority but the volume and quality of player they have at their disposal means that no one will be taking anything for granted against them. The format with all teams qualifying will suit them more than anyone else and they are well capable of producing big performances in knockout football. They could take out a side with serious aspirations but they are outsiders at the moment.
