Offaly restaurant hosting 'Exclusive Wine Pairing Night' with seven gourmet courses
Popular Birr restaurant Hackett's Eatery at County Arms will host an ‘Exclusive Wine Pairing' in August, with guests set to enjoy an evening of fine dining.
The event, co-hosted by Hackett’s Eatery and Eno Wines, will take place on August 9, and is open for bookings now.
The special evening will feature sommelier Owen Murphy, a renowned wine buyer and educator, who has spent 25 years in the wine industry.
Diners will be treated to seven gourmet courses curated by Hackett's Executive Head Chef Gerry O'Riordan and his team, along with meticulously selected wine pairings, engaging stories and expert insights by Owen.
The event will highlight the fine dining experience of Hackett’s Eatery, which they say, "provides our guests with a gourmet experience like no other in Birr", keeping a relaxed, yet luxurious dining experience perfectly complemented by "uniquely personal and friendly service".
The 'Exclusive Wine Pairing Evening' with Gourmet Menu will cost €75 per person.
