The Healthy Club Project is a GAA initiative which focuses on improving the health of each club’s community.

Ballycommon GAA Healthy Club in association with BOLD have engaged in Defibrillator training. BOLD provide the defibrillators and Ballycommon GAA are liaising with LOETB who provide training under the community education scheme.

The course is PHECC certified CFR training. At the moment there are 7 defibrillators in the Ballycommon area and it is great to see so many club members interested in availing of the training.

This is an ongoing project and further courses will be available in the new year. If anyone is interested in taking part please contact 087 2900899 for further information.
