The Clara and Tullamore teams
The spirit of community and sport was alive and well last Thursday as the Clara "Gaelic for Mothers and Others" ladies football team hosted their Tullamore counterparts in a friendly match that brought together fun, fitness, and friendship in equal measure.
The match, played in good spirits, was part of the wider Gaelic for Mothers and Others (G4MO) initiative, which promotes non-competitive Gaelic games for women over 25 who are not currently playing with a club team.
With growing numbers and enthusiasm, Tullamore and Clara's G4MO teams are going from strength to strength. Whether you're returning to the sport after years away or lacing up for the first time, all are welcome. Simply register online on www.foireann.ie or message Tullamore G4MO Facebook or Clara ladies gaelic football club CLGFC facebook if you’re interested in joining!
Tullamore's G4MO next match will be in Moate on August 20th.
