Community sympathy on death of well-known Offaly woman

Ballinagar prepares for Cul Camp in local GAA field later this month

BALLINAGAR

The community in Ballinagar would like to offer condolence to the Colton and Gethings families on the death of Lorna Colton. Lorna passed away peacefully at home on July 4, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband, George. Lorna will be deeply missed by her children Wesley, Fred and Pamela and daughters-in-law Audrey and Paula, son-in-law George, her brother Ken, sisters-in-law, her adored grandchildren Lucy, Ross, Amy, Rebecca and Ben, great grandchild Cora, nieces nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The lamp posts are up with flower baskets. New pad for the bottle bins are been replaced in the park. New litter bins will also be provided in the next couple of weeks.

50/50 Draw results July 6, Bridget McGetrick €200.00 €195.00 raised for hall this week. The committee are in the process of buying new delph for the hall and this draw iv vital to the providing of this.

Ballinagar GAA

Ballinagar Seniors take on Cappincur in the Senior B championship on Friday, July 18, in Ballinagar at 7.15pm. Please come out and support the lads on their first senior championship match.And not to forget our Junior team take on Gracefield in Gracefield on Sunday, July 20 at 12 noon.

Cúl Camps

The Cúl Camp are running in Ballinagar GAA pitch from Monday the 28th July to Friday 01st August to book your place please go to the link provided.
