The Tullamore HSE staff choir has once again produced a stunning performance promoting a worthy cause.

This time, the choir tackled the issue of men's health and to mark men's health week, Gordon Rochford put together this stunning video of the choir performing David Bowie's Space Oddity.

The video includes some insight into the huge variety of work the HSE staff in do in the health services in Tullamore. The performance itself was shot at St. Catherine's Church in Tullamore.

When posting the clip, the choir said the men's health week initiative was, "one small step for man, one giant leap for men’s health." They enouraged people to visit to catch up with the work of the Men’s Health Forum in Ireland.

The Men’s Health Forum in Ireland (MHFI) is a diverse network of individuals and organisations, men and women, which seeks to identify the key concerns relating to male health; increase understanding of these issues; tackle the impact of this inequality.

MHFI works on an all-Ireland basis to enhance the health and well-being of men and boys through research, advocacy, training, networking and demonstration projects. The work of MHFI is heavily reliant upon the input of volunteers.

Men's mental health week runs from Monday, June 11 to Sunday, June 17.
