Two years ago today, December 5, 2015, Teresa Mannion delivered perhaps the most famous RTE weather report of all time.
At that time, Storm Desmond was battering the west of Ireland as Teresa reported from Galway.
Ireland was hit with a month's worth of rain in a 36-hour period as large areas of farmland and road networks were left under water.
Gardaí were warning people to stay away from the sea, and not to make unnecessary and Teresa was hammering home that message.
Her "don't make unnecessary journeys" cry has become somewhat of a catchphrase, rehashed during spells of bad whether.
