TWO people – a child and a woman in her 60s – have died in a house fire in Edenderry.
Another woman was seriously injured and taken to hospital by the emergency services.
Gardai attended at the scene of a fatal fire at a domestic residence in Castleview Park in Edenderry yesterday.
Gardaí and other emergency services attended at the scene at approximately 7.45pm, o Saturday evening, December 6.
The fire was extinguished by the local fire service.
It is believed that there are fatalities at the scene.
An Garda Síochána is not in apposition to provide any further details at this stage.
