According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland,  it will be generally cloudy over the weekend with showers or outbreaks of light rain at times over the coming days in mainly light winds.

According to Met Eireann, there will be a  cloudy start on Saturday with outbreaks of light patchy rain and drizzle spreading southwards over the country. Sunny spells will develop through the day with further scattered showers developing also. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees in a light northerly or variable breeze.

Becoming mainly dry with clear spells as showers become isolated early on Saturday night before eventually dying out altogether. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees. Mist and fog patches forming overnight in light variable breezes.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, there will be a dry start for many on Sunday with sunny spells. Scattered showers will develop through the morning and afternoon. Turning cloudier in the south and west later with rain and drizzle moving into the southwest during the evening. Some coastal mist or fog also. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in light to moderate southerly or variable winds.

Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will move in over Munster early on Sunday night, spreading to parts of Connacht and Leinster overnight. Remaining drier over Ulster with some clear spells and just isolated showers. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in a light easterly breeze.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast, Monday will be cloudy with showery outbreaks of rain spreading across the country from the south, possibly turning heavy and thundery at times. Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees in light easterly veering westerly or variable breezes.
