Heritage park on Offaly border to host 'Festival Mná'

MNA

The festival takes place on Saturday, January just after "Women's Christmas"

MOATE'S Dún na Sí Heritage Park are kicking off 2023 by hosting “Festival Mná” on Saturday 7th January from 10am to 4pm.

Why not begin your new year on a powerful note at this incredible women's event?

Festival Mná is a celebration of the Irish tradition of “Nollaig na mBan" or “Women’s little Christmas”. Traditionally January 6th, this was the day for women to gather and enjoy their own Christmas.

Festival Mná would especially love to see three generations of women coming together for this event, so make it a family day out where precious memories are made.

The aim of this event is to encourage women everywhere to step into their true feminine power. This will be facilitated by a women’s circle on the day as they attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the biggest women’s circle in the world.

Some o fthe best influencers in Ireland are on board to deliver various holistic workshops on the day includingyoga, breathwork, inspirational speeches, dancing, fitness classes, cacao ceremonies, card readings, reiki healings, music and more.

Kids under 12 go free andthere will be a number of activities to keep them busy throughout the day.

Gather all the amazing women you know to celebrate Nollaig na mBan 2023 at Dún na Sí Heritage Park.

All in support of SoSad Ireland, mental health prevention & awareness for our sons & daughters.
