Man charged with robbery and assault to be served with book of evidence
THE case of a man charged with a number of offences was put back to today's [Wednesday April 2] sitting for service of the book of evidence.
The court heard that Kristian Panganayi (21) of Norbury Woods, Green Tullamore made no reply to the charges which include possession of a knife and robbery, a section two assault and having no insurance.
The offences are alleged to have happened at Apple Green Service Station on the Clara Road, in Tullamore on April 10 2024.
Judge Andrew Cody remanded Mr Panganayi his own bond of €100 on all matters. An application by solicitor Aisling Maloney for legal aid was granted and Mr Panganayi was remanded on continuing bail to Wednesday's (April 2) sitting.
