The 2023 Daingean Homecoming Festival was officially launched on Friday last in the town's square.

This year's festival is being held on the August Bank Holiday weekend with activities taking place across the 5th, 6th and 7th of August.

The headline event for this year’s festival is the Car, Bike and Truck Show on Saturday, August 5 in association with the Keltic Custom Club.

Tickets can be pre-purchased through eventbrite with further details on the Daingean Festival Facebook Page.

Sunday, August 6 will see the annual Festival Parade and Mini Maroons’ tournament. And the Festival Dog Show is back again this year after a hugely popular event last year, and is taking place on Monday, August 7 in the Square, with thanks to Paw-Fection Dog Grooming & Boarding.

Keep an eye on the Daingean Festival Facebook page for more information and updates on the festival including the festival music trail.
