Offaly club win Midland Badminton League title

KINNITTY badminton Grade 5 men's team won the Midlands Badminton league title recently.

In the final Kinnitty faced Drumlish in Multyfarnham Community Centre. The members of the Kinnitty team were Alvin Buckley, Peter Egan, Frank Ryan and Joe Corrigan.

The club were thrilled that Kinnitty came out on top, winning the final in four straight games, with only one match going to three sets.

It was a night of intense rallies, top-level sportsmanship, and some truly outstanding badminton from both sides.

A huge thank you and well done to Drumlish, who gave it their all and have had an incredible season. Wishing you continued success next year!
