Alex Reid nets second-half brace as Wealdstone fight back for Eastleigh draw

Alex Reid scored a second-half double as Wealdstone came from three down at half-time to grab a remarkable 3-3 draw in a National League thriller against Eastleigh.

The visitors appeared to be cruising after a close-range double from centre-back Ludwig Francillette and a delicate chip from Tyrese Shade put them in complete control.

But the relegation-battling hosts refused to lie down, Tyler Walker pulling one back before Reid’s brace – a penalty and the all-important leveller in the 87th minute – secured a stirring comeback.
