Stevenage made it four wins in a row and three in League One with a comprehensive 4-1 win at home to Exeter.
The match had sprung to life inside the first minute when the visitors were awarded a penalty, Eli King penalised for using his arm to block a shot, although it was tucked into his body.
Josh Magennis converted but Exeter, desperate for some good fortune, were soon 2-1 down.
King took advantage of a Cheick Diabate mistake to equalise on 11 minutes and six minutes later the defender was robbed by Dan Kemp, who fed Jordan Roberts to slam the ball in at the back post.
Kemp did have another couple of chances, one in each half, before finally finding his range on 76 minutes.
A first attempt was blocked but the ball came back to him and he drilled it inside the near post.
At this point Exeter looked like a team who were bereft of confidence and belief and that was thrown into sharp relief when Stevenage got a fourth.
Jamie Reid escaped down the right and when he got into the box, he squared for Roberts to cap the victory.
