Tranmere’s Sky Bet League Two game against Accrington has been postponed due to fog.
The clash was due to take place at Prenton Park on Boxing Day but foggy conditions have caused the match to be called off, with a new date for the fixture set to be arranged “in due course”.
A statement on the club website said: “Tranmere can confirm that the match referee has decided that today’s game has been postponed due to the foggy conditions.
“Tickets will still be valid for the rearranged fixture, which will be arranged in due course. Thank you for your patience on this matter and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
