Tullamore Rugby Football Club (TRFC) players were honoured at a civic reception hosted by the local Municipal District last week.
Both male and female TRFC players attended the event at the Midland Park Hotel in Portlaoise, Co Laois on Thursday November 9 to receive the honours.
Chair of Tullamore Municipal District, Councillor Declan Harvey, praised the event as successful.
Speaking to Offaly Live, he said, "The event went very well. Tullamore Rugby Club were very impressed, very appreciate of our efforts to honour them, each and every one of them."
The club gave thanks to the Municipal District in a post published on their official Facebook page following the reception.
It stated: "Thanks to Tullamore Municipal Council for honouring all TRFC international players this evening. Tony McCormack well done. Super proud of everyone.
"Congrats to all, some honour for players and club."
