Despite the big night for rugby on The Late Late Show on Friday night, viewers heart and minds appeared to only be focused on Garron Noone.
The lineup included English Rugby Union player Andy Farrell and Irish rugby stars Aoife Wafer, Erin King, Craig Casey and legendary former player and captain, Rory Best. Patrick Kielty also paid tribute to the IRFU as it celebrated 150 years since its foundation.
However, viewers on social media could only talk about Garron. The Mayo TikTok star received much support and praise for his openness about his mental health struggles and his willingness to talk about it to make others feel less alone.

One person on X/Twitter posted: "Garron Noone is everything and more. To be so open about your mental health on social media/TV is so courageous. But to do it so others feel less alone in their own struggles is just so sound and admirable. What’s a legend."
Another said: "The Late Late has inadvertently interviewed its perfect host. Warm, funny, intelligent, empathic. The rare type of guy that makes everyone feel comfortable."
