Storm Kathleen has caused significant disruption to train services around the country, with services on some lines suspended until further notice.
Iarnród Éireann has confirmed that services have been suspended between Killucan/Enfield. The 9.05am service from Sligo to Connolly Station in Dublin was stopped in Mullingar.
Passengers have been advised that updates will follow.
The latest news from the national train service is that bus transfers would be provided to accommodate passengers.
This update was issued shortly after 11.30 am on Saturday.

A number of train services are running significantly behind time with the 8am Heuston to Cork service running 120 minutes late, while the 6.50am Waterford to Heuston service was 90 minutes behind schedule.
Other services delayed included: 09.25 Heuston/Galway +50mins, 07.30 Galway/Heuston +75mins, 07.50 Waterford/Heuston +60mins, 10.15 Heuston/Waterford +20mins, 07.00 Cork/Heuston +85mins, 09.00 Heuston/Cork +75mins, 10.00 Heuston/Cork +20mins, 07.45 Limerick/Heuston +78mins, 08.55 Limerick/Heuston +20mins

Iarnród Éireann said many services are expected to operate as scheduled, with updates to be provided on the train network's social media channels throughout the day.
