Age Friendly Roscrea have started a COPD support group for those with chronic conditions related to breathing.
The group meets on Tuesdays at 2.30pm in Roscrea Leisure Centre for an exercise class and information and support.
The exercise is gentle, chair based and aimed at those starting out and building their strength.
Please contact Age Friendly Roscrea, based in the former Courthouse on Gaol Road, about joining the group.
