Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in light westerly or variable breezes.

Some of the rain will be heavy, with spot flooding possible. Lowest temperatures will range 3 to 5 degrees in the north and east where it'll stay driest and clearest for longest, 6 to 9 degrees elsewhere. Light to moderate southeast winds will increase fresh to strong and gusty as the rain develops.
