Gardai concerned for welfare of missing Kildare teenager as they renew appeal

Concern over the welfare of a missing teenager has led gardaí to renew their appeal to the public to assist in tracing him. 

Gardaí are renewing their appeal this week for help in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Calum Kavanagh who is missing from Athy, County Kildare, since Friday, 23rd February 2024.

He was seen in the area at approximately 2.40pm.

Calum is described as being approximately 5 foot 6 inches in height with a slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms with an orange top and black runners.

Gardaí are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with any information on Calum's whereabouts is asked to contact Athy Garda Station on 056 863 4210, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
