With the poor weather forecast on Thursday night last, there were still some brave hikers who took to the trails at Golden Grove and Orange Hill and they got lucky with no rain and limited winds.
Well done to Martin Ryan for leading the walk. Well done to everyone that made the effort.
This Thursday the 19th January we are back at a walk we have not done for quite awhile, The Brittas Lake Loop at Clonaslee. Grade: moderate , Time: 2 hours. Distance: 8km, Meeting at the Brittas Lake Trail Head in Clonaslee at 7pm, please bring head/hand torch and Hi Viz jacket.
Well done to everyone that made the effort on Sunday last with the Bog of Frogs Loop at Howth Head in Dublin. A fantastic turnout on a cold but dry January day.
