Finian McDermott from Tullamore has presented the Irish Heart Foundation with a cheque for €3,342 after recent fundraising effort.
Finain put in months of training alongside Ian McDermott and Aidan Egan and ran the Airtricity Dublin City Marathon in October and raised a phenomenal €3,342 for the Irish Heart foundation.
"We would like to sincerely thank Finian for his efforts and generosity in running the marathon and fundraising for the Irish Heart Foundation," Eoin Treanor from the IHF said.
