Roscrea Trailblazers are looking forward to a busy 2025 and always welcome new members
Get out and explore new places and make friends with the Roscrea Trail Blazers walking group - they are visiting Birr this week.
With the evenings closing in, its back to the Head torch and hiking in the dark and a great way to keep fit over the winter months.
Our walk last Thursday was a well-attended walk around the Brittas Lake Loop at Clonaslee. The weather on the night was perfect for walking with no rain and a cool breeze to keep everyone in check. Well done to everyone that made the effort.
Our Thursday night walk this week on the 10th October is a walk we have not done for a couple of months, The Birr Town Loop. Distance: 7 Km, Time: 1.5. Hours, Grade: Easy. Meeting at The Tesco Carpark at 7.30 pm. A nice flat walk and well worth the effort. Please bring a head/hand torch and Hi Viz jacket.
