13: Right corner forward – Luke Egan (Tullamore)
Other players may capture the limelight but Luke Egan had an excellent year for Tullamore. He did the simple thing so effectively, he was clever on the ball, scarcely wasting it and the 2-2 he scored in the semi-final win over Ferbane was crucial. In games where he didn't score, he was still involved in important assists. Aaron Kellaghan had some good games for Rhode and Ronan McGuire was a bundle of energy for Ferbane but Luke Egan is the choice.
