Offaly County Council has granted permission for the construction of five two-storey townhouses in Killeigh village in Offaly.

The application, lodged by Frank Gorman, consists of four three-bed houses and one 5-bed house and has now been approved with a number of conditions.

The works will include all associated site works, access roadway and site services.

Some of the conditions attached include the provision of an efficient amount of street lighting, the preservation of open spaces, landscaping, and sewer and drainage compliance.
