Condron Concrete based outside Tullamore, County Offaly has been named 'Supplier of the Year' at the prestigious Sisk Supply Chain Awards 2024.

Over 900 industry professionals gathered in Dublin's Convention Centre for the awards ceremony which was hosted by popular Irish comedian Mario Rosenstock.

The Sisk Supply Chain Awards celebrates excellence in supply chain partnerships across Ireland and the UK. Recognising collaboration on a range of successful projects throughout the year, this year’s event saw Condron Concrete earn the top accolade.

Upon winning the award, Managing Director of Condron Concrete, John Condron said: "This recognition reflects the quality of our products and services, our commitment to continuous improvement, and the strength of our sustainability program, which played a key role in achieving this honour.

"From solar-powered facilities and biodiversity initiatives like our beehives to fostering a greener workplace, our efforts align seamlessly with Sisk’s commitment to sustainable construction. Together, we are driving meaningful progress toward a more environmentally responsible future."

He added: "I would like to thank the team at Sisk for this incredible recognition and to our dedicated employees, whose hard work and passion make achievements like this possible. Here’s to building a sustainable tomorrow!"

Other winners on the evening included Shannon Valley, Techcrete, MPB, Ramboll, Rhino Roofing, Breedon, OMC, Vodafone, Thorntons Recycling, GRS Roadstone, Kirby Group Engineering, Errigal, and O’Dwyer Steel.
