AFTER over 40 years of dedicated service, 20 of which were as Manager/CEO, Miriam Dolan has decided to step back from her role as Manager/CEO of St Brigid’s Credit Union Ltd.

Chairperson Pat Cornally wishes to thank Miriam for her years of dedicated service to the Members and her extraordinary contribution to the Credit Union over these years.

He commended her on her steadfast leadership over a period of great success, unprecedented change and considerable growth which saw the Credit Union develop further as a safe, secure community based financial institution, saw the introduction of new products and services for Members and brought the addition of Ferbane & District Credit Union and Banagher Credit Union to the St Brigid’s family.

Miriam will remain a critical part of the senior management team and will be available to Members as usual while also focusing on the further development of the expanded Common Bond.

After an extensive recruitment process, Michael Kelly has been appointed as Manager/CEO.

Michael has been a part of the senior management team for the past five years and has gained a lot of experience across all aspects of the operations of the Credit Union during that time.

Pat wishes to congratulate Michael on his appointment and wishes him well in the role for the future.
