Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault that occurred in a shop in Tullamore on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened at the Spar Shop on the Arden Road opposite O'Connor Park at approximately 4pm.
A man in his 20s was assaulted and gardai say investigations are ongoing.
In another incident outside the shop around the same time, the windscreen of a parked car was kicked in.
