A RESIDENTIAL farm has come on the market for sale by private treaty in Offaly.
The three-bedroom traditional farmhouse and 13.05 hectares of land is located at Knockbarron, near Kinnitty.
The residential farm can be sold in either one or two lots.
Birr based auctioneer Jim Cashen, who has carriage of sale, said the residential farm was located in a much-sought after area.
Sale is by private treaty and viewing is by appointment only
