Plans unveiled for expansion of NCT Centre in Tullamore
Plans have been unveiled for an expansion that will affect the NCT Centre site in Tullamore.
Glade Securities Limited is seeking permission for development works at its site next to the NCT Centre at Riverview Business Park, Cloncollog, Tullamore.
The company is seeking to make alterations to a retail warehouse building which was previously approved by Offaly County Council under planning reference number 18/535.
It includes alterations to the site layout including adjustments to the northern boundary with the existing NCT Centre which will see alterations to car parking, provision of additional car parking to the NCT Centre, provision of car charging facilities, relocation of existing above ground gas tank and the construction of a new ESB substation building.
It is also seeking to make alterations to previously approved retail warehouse building Unit 1C following the proposed boundary adjustments and permission to combine units 1A, 1B and 1C into a single retail warehousing unit.
