UPDATE: Centre of Tullamore reopens to traffic following accident
Paramedics are treating a man who is believed to have been injured in the accident.
Two tenders from the fire service and one other fire service vehicle are present at the scene as well as Gardai.
Garda have released no information on the incident.
The accident appears to have occurred outside the AIB bank and that side of the street is completely blocked.
