A new takeaway has officially opened in Offaly this week.
Mario's Takeaway opened their doors to customers in Kilcormac on Wednesday (March 13).
In a post published on Facebook, Mario's Takeaway stated, "Thanks so much for all the waiting!"
The business previously posted a picture of new staff uniforms featuring Mario's logo.
Kilcormac Development Association (KDA) also addressed the news and advised people in the area to "prepare to say goodbye to cooking".
In a Facebook post published earlier today, KDA stated, "After months of anticipation, countless dreams of delicious bites, and the kind of waiting that could make even a statue grow impatient, we have some sizzling news that's about to flip your world more deliciously than a well-tossed pizza!
"Mario's Takeaway is officially opening its doors this Wednesday from 4 PM to 11 PM! That's right - mark your calendars, set your alarms, and maybe start jogging in place now because you'll want to make room for all the goodness coming your way.
