Rory's Stories star and dad enjoy big session in Offaly after 2am Supermacs run

Rory's Stories star Rory O'Connor and his dad Joe enjoyed a night on the town in Tullamore last weekend with the senior man putting his son to shame on the session front.

Rory posted a picture of himself and his dad at 2.43am on Sunday morning and they weren't done there - they had just made the traditional run to Supermacs for chips.

They were heading back to the Bridge House Hotel for a night cap and as Rory said himself, his near 70-year-old dad was "setting the tone" in the drinking stakes.

"Me da will be turning the big 70 this year, and he was the one setting the tone last night.

"2:43am:

'We'll go to the chipper and bring it back to the residents bar for a night cap...'

"Age is just a number," Rory finished his post.
