A school bus service will no longer be operating runs to a school in Tullamore, it has been confirmed.
Parents of students at St. Joseph's National School in Arden View, Tullamore have been informed that Mangan's Cabs and Coach hire will no longer be providing the service.
The school has confirmed that the change is for the foreseeable future, at least.
It says it understands it's a difficult situation, but it is now out of the school's control.
Parents have been advised to source alternative transport for their children.
Mangan's Cabs and Coach hire were unavailable for comment, when contacted.
