Offaly is going global thanks to the new worldwide advert for homegrown whiskey Tullamore Dew being shot in the town in recent months. The ad made its social media debut and will appear all over the world as the beloved whiskey goes from strength to strength on the global stage.

RTE Kin star and proud Tullamore man Sam Keeley starred in the ad alongside one very handsome Irish wolfhound named Isobel in the clip. A number of photographs from behind the scenes have been released to the public, and if you look closely, our very own Tullamore Tribune features in one of the actor's hands.
The finished ad features Sam's character after his wolfhound goes missing but the whole town works to locate her, ending up in Digan's pub for a reunion.
