Breaking: Gardai investigating serious traffic incident involving child in the Midlands
UPDATE
A child has been taken to hospital following a serious road traffic incident in Laois.
The incident occurred at the Fairgreen Estate in Portlaoise at around lunchtime today.
Gardai at Portlaoise Garda Station are investigating the incident.
They are appealing for witnesses to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100.
