Eanna's parents are presented with the proceeds of the fund-raising in Seery's, Daingean
After a two-year hiatus due to Covid, the Moovember group in Daingean were back fundraising for a worthy cause.
This year the beneficiaries are the Ryan family and nine year old Eanna.
Since March 2021 the family have been dealing with Eanna’s diagnosis – acute Myeloid leukaemia.
After intense chemo and medical treatments, Eanna is not eligible for a bone marrow transplant but his family will continue to try and find a cure for him.
He is a happy, strong and determined young boy and his parents Michelle and Eamon deal with each day as it comes.
The Moovember group wish Eanna and his siblings all the best and hope the financial contribution will ease the hardship a little.
