Rhode GAA Transformation

Monday, February 5, started the 5th week of Rhode GAA Transformation  and by now most of us can see and feel the benefits of our efforts it's great to see so many at the classes and making use of the walking track in our GAA grounds.

It has been such a great experience for many and it's gotten us through the sometimes unsavory month of January. Our classes have been a great success with participants offered a chance to taste different dynamics of exercise and then concentrating on the one or ones that appeal to them the most, the feedback has been unreal with an expression to continue on with their favorites, we wish to thank Kelly Hannon, Geraldine McGovern, Sharon Wilson and Mandy Kelly for their support and participation - well done ladies.

Let's give this week a final push and get the most out of the next 2 weeks. See our Facebook page for Week 5 Schedule

St. Patrick's Day Parade

All inquiries to Stephan Darby 086 8452132 or Peter Kilmurray 087 6457554.
